How much does it cost?

Portal Post is $9/month for addresses in the USA, and $10/month for international addresses.

When will I be charged?

After your initial payment, you'll be charged automatically on the same day of the month each month. So if you sign up on December 10th, you'll be charged on January 10th, and so as long as you're an active member!

What's the sign-up and shipping schedule?

Here's an example month to show how the schedule works!

January Portal Post

  • Returning subscribers: Billed on January 5th
  • New subscriber sign-ups open: December 16th-January 15th
  • Mail is sent: January 20th

I didn't receive my mail, what should I do?

It happens! Email me at hey@samkelly.co and I'll ship you a new one or refund you.

How do I cancel my subscription or update my billing/shipping info?

  • Visit this link: Manage my subscription
  • Log in with your existing Shop account or enter your email to create a log-in
  • Under your subscription, click View More
  • Use the pencil icons to edit your shipping or billing info
  • Use the buttons in the top right corner to pause or cancel your subscription
